THE COMPANY

EPS Consulting Inc was Incorporated in the Province of Manitoba on August 23, 2019. However, upon continuance of incorporation with federal jurisdiction, it became unavoidable to change the name to become EPS Management Consulting Inc. which is a Management Consulting outfit focussing on strategic planning and capacity building for communities, NGOs, and business organizations.

THE PEOPLE

Tunde Ogunje, CPA, CMA, MDP

Tunde is the Lead Consultant (Business Consulting) at EPS Management Consulting Inc. He is an accountant with expertise in finance and investment; a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA); the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of the United Kingdom (CIMA-UK); and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC). He holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a master’s in Development Practice.

Tunde has about two decades of experience across Accounting, Auditing and Internal Control, Financial Management, Investment Advisory, Securities Trading, and Community Economic Development. He worked as the Community Economic Development Lead for the Manitoba Program of Nature United (The Canada program of The Nature Conservancy), as accountant with Indigenous Management Group (IMG), a Management Consulting Company based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, engaging in Accounting, Consulting and Project Management activities primarily for First Nation communities. In his previous international experience, he managed his business consulting firm, developing strategies for clients’ Strategic Management, Risk Management, Financial Strategy, and other value-creating approaches to improving the quality of earnings. He also had consultancy assignments in Development Practice and had other top management capital market experience cutting across Stockbroking Operations, Equity Trading, Asset Management and Corporate Finance.


Tunde has packaged and facilitated in several training engagements, teaching various topics cutting across Financial Accounting, Auditing, Finance & Investment, Capital Market Operations, Supply Chain Management both at In-house trainings and as external consultant for other organizations.

Babatunde Alabi MDP, MPH

Babatunde is the Lead Consultant (Development Practice) at EPS Management Consulting Inc. He holds two master’s degrees, in the areas of Public Health and Development Practice. He is a development practitioner with over a decade of experience implementing donor-funded programs. He has worked in the international development sector in various capacities, supporting the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks on subjects related to governance and health systems. More recently, he worked with Indigenous-led organizations and communities in Canada, supporting research programs and community planning initiatives. Babatunde is also an astute researcher whose research experience cuts across many disciplines, including housing and homelessness, resource development and environmental impact, food security, and criminal justice.  He has authored and co-authored scientific articles published in notable journals and presented academic papers at national and international conferences to disseminate findings from his published and unpublished research work. Babatunde is passionate about using program and policy research and evaluation as a tool to promote changes in socioeconomic systems to pave the way for sustainable development.

Henrietta Fakah B.Sc. M.Sc.

Henrietta is the Enterprise Development Associate at EPS Management Consulting Inc. She is a self-motivated individual who is driven by a passion for excellence. She has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Jos, Nigeria. She is also a certified trainer and coach with GIZ (German agency for international cooperation) where programs like “start-up loop” and “SME loop” were implemented.

She is also a partner at Keissumtta Konsults where she leads deal sourcing and curriculum development for training and capacity building for clients. Before her time at Keissumtta, Henrietta was at the University of Jos as a Graduate Assistant where she taught entrepreneurship courses. She also worked as a senior consultant with Plateau State Microfinance Development Agency (PLASMIDA), focussing on entrepreneurial development, identifying funding options for start-ups and existing businesses, and mentoring for entrepreneurs. Earlier in her career, she worked with Northbridge Investment and Trust Limited, an investment management institution, as an investment analyst and also provided support for clients’ relationship management. In her plight for self-improvement, she is presently enrolled for a PhD in Management at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. Henrietta, an awesome team player, has excellent interpersonal skills, and she is great at working under pressure.

Folashade Adesola, B.Sc

Folashade is a System Analyst who holds a BSc in Computer Science with about 17 years of experience in Information Technology. She is a member of both the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria and Computer Society of Nigeria. She has worked with various organizations in different capacities maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required, designing new computer systems and frameworks, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent, creating system guidelines and manuals for organizations, running training sessions and workshops on system processes, conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas. She has substantial experience in software implementation, support, and training; website maintenance, management and update; company database management and update; structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval. Very recently, she led the process for the creation of an NGO focussing on advancing the cause of women to address gendered imbalances placing women at the receiving end of policies. She is leading the operational activities of the NGO.
